Our story started long before we opened our doors in sunny Florida. We’re KT and Vito, two childhood best friends from California who have always shared a love for great food and adventure. Fuego Street was born out of our dream to bring the vibrant flavors, aromas, and culture of California street food to Central Florida, blending them with traditional recipes passed down through generations from our Mexican roots. Our goal was to create a space where people could come together, savor authentic and mouthwatering dishes, and experience the same joy and excitement we felt growing up enjoying the best of Mexican street food in Cali.
